In addition to advising on both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions for both founders, private investors and trade entities, I regularly advise on shareholder agreements, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, shareholder issues, fund raisings, employee share schemes, group restructurings, partnership agreements and joint ventures as well as more general advisory work.
