News Wiggin to provide legal advice to Wayra UK & Wayra UnLtd start-ups

Niche media and technology law firm Wiggin will provide legal advice to the start-ups that were successful in their application to be a part of the 2015 Wayra technology accelerator programme.

Wayra was founded by and continues to be supported by Telefónica, one of the largest mobile network providers in the world. Wayra was launched in 2011 in Latin America and Spain and in May 2012 in London. Wayra is now a global network of 14 start-up accelerators and has to date invested in more than 400 businesses across the world.

Wiggin’s technology group has established a strong presence in the UK start up scene. The firm was appointed as the London legal partner to the Microsoft Ventures programme in February 2014 and partners with the BBC Worldwide Labs project.
