News Wiggin advises Znak & Jones on Sky deal

Media law firm Wiggin has advised international independent TV production company Znak & Jones on an investment deal and distribution partnership with satellite broadcasting giant Sky.

The deal sees Sky take a minority stake in Znak & Jones, which was launched earlier this year by Natalka Znak (“Hell’s Kitchen”) and Simon Jones (“American Idol”).  Znak & Jones will operate as a distinct company producing programs directly for channels in the US and UK, and all finished programming will be distributed by Sky’s international distribution business, Sky Vision.

Wiggin Corporate Partner Michael Brader led the team who advised Znak & Jones on this deal.
