We’re delighted to have advised the founder shareholders of Sustainable Energy Conferences on its sale to RX, a global leader in events and exhibitions.

The Sustainable Energy Council, which has a mission to achieve a sustainable world powered by hydrogen and renewable energy, plays a key role by gathering public and private sector stakeholders at its global Summits to collaborate and sign partnerships for ambitious hydrogen projects that will significantly contribute to reaching net-zero goals.

The Wiggin team was led by Corporate Partner, Ben Whitelock who was primarily supported by Clemency Barrett and assisted by a wider team of colleagues including Samantha Cheong.

Tim Clark, Chairman, Sustainable Energy Council, said: “This is the second transaction we have worked on with Ben and the Wiggin team and I could not be happier with the service they provided and the way they handled both sales. They are thoroughly professional, extremely responsive, focus on the points that matter and are very adept at finding solutions to the issues that come up. Their negotiation approach was exceptional. I could not recommend them highly enough to anyone looking to sell an events or similar business”.
