Leili Iravanian

Leili is a trainee solicitor currently sitting in the Intellectual Property team.

“Prior to joining Wiggin, I gained experience within Guardian News & Media’s legal team and various media and corporate law firms. I subsequently worked in-house at Unilever as a Legal Business Partner representing household brands such Ben & Jerry’s, Magnum, Persil, Hellmann’s, and Graze. In this role, I provided commercial legal advice, addressing a broad range of matters including brand protection, marketing and advertising, green claims, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and resolving disputes. I thoroughly enjoyed communicating legal risks in the context of broader commercial objectives.

I have also served as a Casework Volunteer for the Welfare Benefits Charity Z2K where I was responsible for interviewing clients and providing representation at the Upper Tribunal. During my time there, I extended the charity’s outreach to Iranian clients by utilising my native proficiency in Farsi.”
