Eva’s practice covers all aspects of intellectual property rights, with a focus on trademarks.

“I manage trademark portfolios for clients across a range of industry sectors. My work typically involves trademark filing and prosecution, including (Benelux and European) opposition and cancellation proceedings as well as infringement proceedings before the courts. I’ve also been involved in some cross-border patent litigation cases. In addition, I advise on commercial litigation that involves IP, such as distribution cases and unfair competition cases.”

Eva is a member of the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA) and the Benelux Association of trademark and design law (BMM).
