Eleni’s practice encompasses all areas of intellectual property, with a particular focus on trademarks, design rights, and copyright.

“I advise clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including managing infringement proceedings before the Belgian courts, as well as opposition and cancellation actions before the Benelux IP Office (BOIP) and the EUIPO. I oversee trademark and design portfolios, providing strategic brand advice to clients across various industries.

I also completed a secondment at IFPI (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry) in Brussels, where I provided legal advice on various copyright matters.

Before joining the Brussels Bar, I gained experience within the European Union institutions working at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS), and worked in house for a service provider in the healthcare and pharmaceuticals sector.”

Eleni is a member of the Law Committee of the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA), and a member of the Benelux Association of trademark and design law (BMM) and the Association des Praticiens du droit des Marques et des Modèles (APRAM).
