Nav is a consultant with a focus on interactive entertainment.

“Originally qualifying as a lawyer, I have acted as both in-house counsel and external adviser for a variety of companies in the video games industry including developers, publishers and service companies. More recently, I have moved into business development and strategy roles whilst remaining immersed in the industry.

I have been involved in the acquisitions, investments and IPO’s of games businesses from both a business and legal perspective. My last role was as part of the management team of a major publisher’s games studio where I was responsible for forging and managing all key external partnerships.

In addition to my video game consultancy “Navatron”, I’m also director of an esports company, appointed to a number of games company Advisory Committees and am Video Games Sector Principal for an M&A advisor.”
