Clem is a corporate lawyer with experience across the media and technology sectors.

“I have broad corporate experience, including M&A (buy and sell side), private equity, shareholder arrangements and reorganisations. I also provide and have a particular interest in general corporate governance advice having spent 6 months on secondment in a FTSE 100 corporate governance team.

I act for start-ups, public and private companies and professional investors, predominantly in the media and technology sectors.

Prior to joining Wiggin, I trained and qualified at Slaughter and May, working on a wide range of commercial transactions.”
