Ofcom has confirmed changes to its BBC Performance Tracker to ensure the survey remains up-to-date and fit for purpose. The BBC Performance Tracker measures viewers and listeners’ perceptions of and attitudes towards the BBC. In April 2020, Ofcom published a notification of proposed changes to the tracker and invited feedback. These amendments included changing or removing existing questions, as well as adding new ones.
