“I work closely with my clients to assist them with a wide range of intellectual property matters, particularly those relating to clearance of new trade marks, and their filing, prosecution and post-registration maintenance, including front-lining trade mark watching services. I also provide support relating to contentious matters, including registry disputes in front of the UK and EU Trade Mark Offices, and centrally managing such disputes globally through a network of local trade mark attorneys. Additionally, I use my past experience as a qualified CITMA Trade Mark Paralegal to help lead the active management and administrative support of clients’ international trade mark portfolios.”
